Schaeffer Mfg. Company is a family owned company. But more than that, we are a family. As a sixth generation St. Louis family, we are proud of the 166 year tradition value to our customers and opportunity to our employees and associates.

In 1982, the shares of Company stock were placed in irrevocable trust for the next 75 years. This means that Schaeffer cannot and will not be sold or merged in the coming decades.
