After a couple year stint working in marketing and sponsor relations for racing (where Jason Babyak learned of Schaeffer), he became a rep with Schaeffer Manufacturing Company full-time in 2014. It has been one of the best decisions he ever made, and he expects this will be his last job; so, if you want longevity out of your rep, he can offer that.
Jason earned two Electrical Engineering Degrees which are "covered in dust" as he much prefers jeans, work boots and being in the field with customers. Whereas his background is racing related, he has customers in multiple industries across the state. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions on your industry needs.
When Jason is not at home on his 3.5-acre family farm with various animals, he travels the state regularly and is always happy to stop by and talk Schaeffer. He can also assist with resources closer to you if needed. Jason is proud to be on the team, but not the payroll of his customers.
