Super HV Red is specialty grease containing ISO 460 base oil for extra protection on heavily loaded, slow moving bearings. Super HV Red is extra tacky, waterproof, aluminum complex, partial synthetic grease made from solvent refined, severely hydrofinished, 100% paraffin base oils and synthetic base fluids with a high viscosity index.
Super HV Red resists breaking down during periods of heat, high shock loading, extreme pressure and severe mechanical action. Fortified with moly for extra protection, Super HV Red significantly reduces friction, which reduces wear and contact area temperature. This in turn leads to increased equipment life, less downtime and extended lubrication cycles.
Recommended for use in use in heavy-duty heavily loaded bearing applications typically found in paper mills, steel mills, forestry construction, farming and mining industries. In marine applications, Super HV Red can be used as deck grease for anchor handling winches and open gearing. Not recommended for use in passenger car automotive wheel bearing or in electric motor bearing applications.
